Engineering Leadership Program Engineer (Computer Science) - August 2026 Start
About the role
The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems will rotate through various engineering disciplines including their major, Systems Engineering, Business Development, Internal Research and Development (IRAD), and other areas of interest.
Responsibilities
- Complete a technical master’s degree during the program
- Undergo internal training
- Engage in community activities
- Establish a professional network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- U.S. citizenship is required

Pay
Target salary range: USD $77,843.00/Yr. - USD $86,358.00/Yr.
