About the role
Serve as the first technical leader for our US presence, setting a high bar for engineering quality, product thinking, and execution
Start, build, and lead a small engineering team in the US
Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to translate company goals into clear technical direction and execution plans
Act as a bridge between the team in Europe, users, product strategy, and engineering, ensuring we build the right things and build them well
Help shape the long-term technical and organizational foundations for scaling product engineering
Own and ship end-to-end features that integrate seamlessly with popular developer tools
Develop user-facing applications that make powerful infrastructure intuitive and accessible to developers
Collaborate directly with users and partners to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and product needs
Continuously iterate on product design and implementation to drive adoption, performance, and reliability
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Leadership and management skills to lead high performing ICs
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, with experience building production-grade software in languages like TypeScript/JavaScript (React), Go, Python, or similar
- Proven track record shipping impactful product features, preferably for developer-focused or infrastructure products
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into intuitive user experiences
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a collaborative approach to product development

Pay
- Compensation Range: $200K - $225K
