Your Impact
- Take ownership of an engineering project and present your results at the conclusion of the internship.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and business partners to solve real engineering challenges.
- Gain hands-on experience in one of several engineering disciplines, including:
- Manufacturing/Quality Engineering: support production processes, efficiency improvements, and problem-solving on the shop floor.
- Test/Validation Engineering: assist with product testing, data collection, analysis, and validation activities.
- Design Engineering: support product development through CAD modeling, design reviews, and engineering analysis.
- Apply engineering principles to research, problem-solving, and continuous improvements initiatives.
- Contribute ideas while learning from experienced engineering professionals.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related engineering field and expected to continue enrollment after the Summer 2027 internship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a hands-on engineering environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Professional mindset and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD or 3D modeling software such as Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.
