Engineering Internship - Summer 2027

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated students to support a variety of engineering initiatives at our facilities in Newark, Delaware, Elkton, Maryland, Flagstaff, Arizona, Phoenix, Arizona, and Santa Clara, California. As a Gore intern, you will take ownership of a project aligned with your field of study and work collaboratively with experienced Associates to deliver meaningful results during your internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or Engineering, Bioengineering or Biomedical Engineering, or Packaging Engineering
• Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week summer internship
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and identify critical priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and perseverance to overcome obstacles, deliver results, and follow through on commitments
• Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences

Pay and Benefits

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour (all locations outside California)
$30.00 - $32.40 per hour (California work locations, including applicable California cost of living adjustment)
