We are seeking highly motivated students to support a variety of engineering initiatives at our facilities in: Newark, DelawareElkton, MarylandFlagstaff, ArizonaPhoenix, ArizonaSanta Clara, California As a Gore intern, you will take ownership of a project aligned with your field of study and work collaboratively with experienced Associates to deliver meaningful results during your internship. In addition to gaining practical engineering experience, you'll have opportunities to build your professional network across functions, sites, and intern cohorts through planned events and networking activities. Pay And Benefits $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (all locations outside California)$30.00 - $32.40 per hour (California work locations, including applicable California cost of living adjustment)Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include, but are not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.A California cost of living adjustment is applied based on the employee's work location in California. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in one of the following disciplines:Mechanical EngineeringAerospace EngineeringElectrical EngineeringElectro-Mechanical Engineering TechnologyChemical EngineeringMaterials Science or Engineering (including Polymer, Fiber, or Textile concentrations)Bioengineering or Biomedical EngineeringPackaging EngineeringRobotics EngineeringSuccessful completion of at least sophomore year prior to the start of the internship.Returning to continue degree studies following the internship.Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week summer internship.Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex information and identify critical priorities.Ability to collaborate effectively and leverage diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and perseverance to overcome obstacles, deliver results, and follow through on commitments.Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
