Program Overview Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for future careers. Manufacturing Engineering Interns Design tools and fixtures using AutoCAD or SolidWorksSupport continuous improvement and production troubleshootingCreate and revise operator instructionsAssist with asset management, safety audits, and plant layout planning Additional Responsibilities Apply engineering calculations to real-world problemsManage cross-functional projectsCreate technical documentation and present findingsTake on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
