Program Overview Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for future careers.

Responsibilities

• Design tools and fixtures using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
• Support continuous improvement and production troubleshooting
• Create and revise operator instructions
• Assist with asset management, safety audits, and plant layout planning
• Apply engineering calculations to real-world problems
• Manage cross-functional projects
• Create technical documentation and present findings
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
