About the role
The Engineering Development Lead - Full Stack position at Worldscape Technology Inc. is responsible for overseeing the full stack development team. This individual will lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full stack development team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
