Engineering Coordinator
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in financial management concepts such as budget planning, resource planning, cost and schedule variance analysis, etc.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work with minimal supervision.
- Some travel may be required
- The ability to work in an industrial environment and shipboard where access is often by stairs, ladders, and in confined spaces, is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret security clearance

THE WORK
- You will be responsible for providing the Lockheed Martin site manager located at the Aegis Test Team in Bath, with project and manpower planning support, budget implementation, monitoring support, administrative functions, and office support management.
- Duties Will Include:
- Develop and maintain manpower and budget plans
- Support site manager with cost and schedule variance analysis
- Support site manager in conduct of monthly financial reviews
- Aid site manager with weekly and monthly activity and status reports
- Aid site manager with weekly and monthly presentations support
- Aid site manager with control account manager (CAM) responsibilities
- Provide on-site coordination for visit requests, travel requests, and security clearances

DESIRED SKILLS
- Good communications skills, both verbal and written, with good technical writing skill set
- Prior proven work experience finding solutions to challenging issues while under pressure.
- Related work experience in earned value management or similar system
- Experience with data analysis, budget planning, and manpower knowledge
- Familiar with earn value management (EVM) terms such as ACWP, BCWS, BCWP, ETC, EAC
- Knowledge of control account manager (CAM) Responsibilities
