Engineering- Aluminium Casting -TRD (Tool Room Development)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in various manufacturing and machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage HPDC (High-Pressure Die Casting), LPDC (Low-Pressure Die Casting), GDC (Gravity Die Casting), or injection molding processes
• Handle machine processes and die manufacturing
• Work with cutting tools and determine appropriate cutting parameters
• Program and operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and perform conventional machining tasks
• Assemble die casting components
• Perform die correction and tool manufacturing
• Conduct tool trials and corrections
• Study and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Create and work with 2D and 3D models

Requirements

• Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in a relevant field
• 2 to 12 years of relevant experience
