We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Duties (maybe heading "Responsibilities"? Actually duties description: "Duties may include but are not limited to:" then list. Also "Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System..." So we can have sections: Responsibilities (maybe combine duties and responsibilities). The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Duties Description: list of duties (investigate, examine evidence, research records, request FOIL, help perform field surveying data collection, make precise field measurements using TPS and GPS, assist with collection of field evidence of property and highway boundary lines, assist in placement of Photogrammetric targeting and establishing coordinate valves of targets using GNSS, assist in creating survey baseline points and related baseline ties for design project control, perform survey data processing). That's a list. - Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations. That's a sentence. - Minimum Qualifications: details about Engineer Trainee, qualifications, etc. This is a big block. - Additional Comments: includes work authorization, NY HELPS program details, conversion to competitive status, promotion exam, educational credentials verification, link. - Salary info: starting salary for Engineer Trainee $66,951; starting salary for Assistant Engineer $97,673; comprised of increased hiring salary $84,173 with additional geographic pay differential up to $13,500; maximum compensation $107,621 comprised of standard job rate $94,121 with additional geographic pay differential $13,500; plus Mid-Hudson Adjustment $2,000 or Downstate Adjustment $4,000 depending on location. Thus we have Pay information. Should we create a Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Yes, posting states salary details, so we can include a Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned. Benefits: not mentioned explicitly (though maybe benefits implied but not stated). So we should not create Benefits or Schedule sections. Qualifications: we have Minimum Qualifications section. Could also have Requirements? The instruction list includes Requirements as possible heading. But we have Minimum Qualifications content; we could put that under Qualifications heading. Or Requirements. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which headings to use based on content. We have duties (list) -> could be Responsibilities heading. We have responsibilities (Incident Command System) -> also could be under Responsibilities. We have qualifications -> Qualifications heading. We have pay -> Pay heading. We have additional comments (work authorization, program details) maybe could be under About the role? Or maybe we could create a section "About the role" containing that info. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine some. We could have sections: - Responsibilities (combining duties and Incident Command System responsibilities) - Qualifications (minimum qualifications and additional comments about work authorization, NY HELPS, etc.) - Pay (salary details) We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content precisely. Duties list: - Investigate and examine the evidence of real property locations in the field - Research records relating to the ownership and location of real property - Perform research of private and public records necessary to perform field operations - Request FOIL (Freedom Of Information Law) for copies of land surveys from various municipalities - Help to perform field surveying data collection to be used for acquisition mapping, digital terrain models and base mapping for the design of capital projects - Make precise field measurements, Utilizing T.P.S. (Total Station Positioning System) and G.P.S. global positioning systems - Assist with the collection of field evidence of property and highway boundary lines - Assist in the placement of Photogrammetric targeting and establishing coordinate valves of targets utilizing G.N.S.S. (Global Navigation Satellite System) - Assist in creating survey baseline points and related baseline ties for design project control - Perform survey data processing Responsibilities: "Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations" Minimum Qualifications block: It's long. We need to preserve all substantive information. Should we keep as paragraphs? Could break into

    for prose and maybe

for lists? The content includes bullet-like statements but not explicit list formatting. We can convert to

paragraphs. We need to preserve all details: Engineer Trainee description, 24-month traineeship, FE exam, early advancement, etc. Also Assistant Engineer qualifications, qualifying degrees list, qualifying experience, etc. Also Additional Comments about work authorization, NY HELPS program, conversion, promotion exam, educational credentials verification, link. We need to be careful not to duplicate content. The Minimum Qualifications section includes both Engineer Trainee and Assistant Engineer details. The Additional Comments section includes work authorization, NY HELPS details, etc. We'll combine them under Qualifications. Pay section: Starting salary for Engineer Trainee $66,951. Starting salary for Assistant Engineer $97,673. This amount is comprised of an increased hiring salary of $84,173 with an additional geographic pay differential up to $13,500, specific to this title and location. The maximum compensation for this position is $107,621. This amount is comprised of the standard job rate of $94,121 with an additional geographic pay differential of $13,500, specific to this title and location. In addition, a Mid-Hudson Adjustment of $2,000 or a Downstate Adjustment of $4,000 may also apply depending on the location of the position. We need to preserve all that. Now produce HTML:

      Responsibilities

      • Investigate and examine the evidence of real property locations in the field
      • Research records relating to the ownership and location of real property
      • Perform research of private and public records necessary to perform field operations

      • Make precise field measurements, Utilizing T.P.S. (Total Station Positioning System) and G.P.S. global positioning systems

      • Assist in the placement of Photogrammetric targeting and establishing coordinate valves of targets utilizing G.N.S.S. (Global Navigation Satellite System)
      • Assist in creating survey baseline points and related baseline ties for design project control
      • Perform survey data processing
      • Serve a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations
Note: The last item is from Responsibilities sentence. Now Qualifications: We need to include all details. Could break into paragraphs. Let's craft:
