Responsibilities
- Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment in compliance with regulations and established policies.
- Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds, including:
- Completion of daily work orders
- Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
- Building and equipment repair
- Participation in life safety compliance routines
- Painting
- Apartment turns
- Building maintenance
- Customer requests
- Snow removal
- Pool care
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform Level II core competencies specific to the role.
- Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
- Professional demeanor and ability to relate well to all customers.
- Compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with all customers.
Pay
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $20.22 - $24.92 per hour. Actual pay depends on individual qualifications and market conditions.
Schedule
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
