Engineer Technician / Building Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment in compliance with regulations and established policies.
• Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds, including:
  • Completion of daily work orders
  • Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance
  • Building and equipment repair
  • Participation in life safety compliance routines
  • Painting
  • Apartment turns
  • Building maintenance
  • Customer requests
  • Snow removal
  • Pool care
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level II core competencies specific to the role.
• Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
• Professional demeanor and ability to relate well to all customers.
• Compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with all customers.

Pay

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $20.22 - $24.92 per hour. Actual pay depends on individual qualifications and market conditions.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
