About the Role
This role is 100% on the manufacturing floor, assisting in the production process of our diverse product lines. You will operate technical equipment and help streamline and organize production lines.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on work on our rapidly growing DOAS (Dedicated Outdoor Air System) line and other production lines
- Accurately complete quality and administrative documents
- Electrical and electronic troubleshooting
- Inspecting products
- Refrigerant charging and recovery
- Read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
- Brazing; welding and soldering skills a plus
- Perform all work according to safety standards and procedures
- Ensure workspace is clean, safe, and in working order
Requirements
- 2-year or 4-year technical degree in a mechanical or electrical-oriented curriculum
- Entry-level to 2 years of work experience
- Internship or other hands-on manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to use power tools and electrical testing and measuring equipment
- Universal EPA Certification preferred
- HVAC-related experience beneficial
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Able to read factory orders
- Must pass background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work standing for 8–10 hours at a time
- Required to use a ladder, forklift, or other means to acquire parts for product
- Able to use power and hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently

Pay
Starting pay at $25/hour plus monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
