We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - Req ID etc: metadata, drop. - Team: E01 ENGRG & DESIGN, Entity: Newport News Shipbuilding, US Citizenship Required: Yes, Full-Time, Shift: 1st, Relocation: assistance available, Virtual/Telework: No, Travel: 10%-25%, Clearance: No, Salary Range: $99,000 to $122,000. The anticipated salary range... final compensation... (Pay section). So we have Pay info. - Then "Meet HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding" paragraph about company. - "Want to be part of the team? Apply today! We look forward to meeting you." This is boilerplate/application instruction? Might be considered application instruction; we should remove application instructions. Probably remove. - "The Role Overview/ “The Role” The Engineering, Technology, and Design (ET&D) Division is hosting an invite-only hiring event for qualified candidates. While onsite, all candidates will have an opportunity to learn about the division. If you enjoy being part of a team that connects their employees to one another and our mission, holds true to the company’s core values of Engagement, Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Performance and Safety, then know there is a place for you here! Please, apply today to be invited to the next hiring event!" This is also application instruction / promotional; we should remove. - Then description of Mechanical Engineer role: "The Mechanical Engineer will research, design, and develop mechanical systems for U.S. Navy submarines and carriers in support of design and construction. This role combines technical engineering with hands-on field support, requiring collaboration with shipyard trades and engineering teams to ensure all systems meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Positions will support the following areas within the Engineering, Technology, and Design Division – Design and Construction of Virginia and Columbia-Class submarinesDesign of next generation fast attack submarine (SSNX)Design and collaboration work through international agreement to provide submarines to Australia with the AUKUS agreementDesign, Construction, and Overhaul of Nuclear-powered aircraft carriersDesign and Construction of the first new battleship since World War II (BBGN)" This is substantive; could be About the role. - Then "Key Responsibilities" list: bullet points. - Then "Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines." This seems like additional responsibilities or description; maybe part of responsibilities. - Then "Must Have Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 0 years of experience. Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program." This is Requirements/Qualifications. - Then "Nice to Have Skills & Experience/ “Nice To Have”" list. - Then "Why HII" paragraph about company mission, benefits list. - Then benefits list: "We offer comprehensive benefits including: medical, prescription drug, dental and vision plan choices, on-site health centers, tele-medicine, wellness resources, employee assistance programs, savings plan options (401K), financial education and planning tools, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, early childhood and post-secondary education scholarships, and more. Some benefits may vary depending on your specific division or work location." - Then EEO statement etc: remove. - Then "Do You Need Assistance?" etc: remove as application instruction? It's about accommodation; could be considered boilerplate; we should remove. Thus sections we can include: - About the role (maybe "About the role" heading) containing the role overview paragraph and areas. - Responsibilities (heading) containing the bullet list of Key Responsibilities and maybe the extra research paragraph. - Requirements (heading) containing Must Have education/experience. - Qualifications? Could combine with Requirements; but we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate if distinct. The posting has "Must Have" and "Nice to Have". Could treat Must Have as Requirements, Nice to Have as Skills. Or we could have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (Nice to Have). Also we could have Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements). To avoid thin sections, we can combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section titled "Requirements". Or we could have "Requirements" for education/experience and "Skills" for nice-to-have. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Pay: we have salary range. - Schedule: we have Shift: 1st (maybe schedule). Also Full-Time. Could include schedule section with shift and full-time. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range, so Pay section is valid. Schedule: we have Shift: 1st, Full-Time. That's specific. Relocation: assistance available. Could be part of Benefits? Or maybe we could include a "Relocation" subsection under Benefits? But we only have headings list; we could include Relocation under Benefits or maybe as its own section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could incorporate into Benefits or maybe into About the role? Probably better to include under Benefits as a bullet. Travel: 10%-25% of the time. Could be under Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? Not in allowed headings; maybe include under Responsibilities as a note. Virtual/Telework: No - Not eligible for telework. Could be under Schedule? Or maybe under Benefits? Not exactly. Could be under Schedule as telework eligibility. US Citizenship Required: Yes. Could be under Requirements? Might be a requirement. Clearance Required: No - Clearance Not Required to Start. Could be under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include these details somewhere. We could create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Under Requirements we can list: US Citizenship required, Full-Time, Shift 1st, Travel 10%-25%, No clearance required to start, Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET accredited program, plus experience requirements (Bachelor's +5 years, Master's +3 years, PhD +0). Also maybe note that relocation assistance available. Under Skills we list Nice to Have items. Under Benefits we list benefits plus relocation assistance. Under Pay we list salary range. Under Schedule we list Full-Time, Shift 1st, Telework not eligible. We must not repeat job title. Now format: Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to ensure we don't include empty sections. Let's craft HTML:
