Responsibilities
- Lead complex engineering studies and assessments
- Develop senior-level technical artifacts and engineering documentation
- Oversee test planning, design reviews, and technical evaluation
- Provide subject matter expertise to Navy stakeholders
- Mentor engineering teams and support technical decision-making
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy technical environments
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required
Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Engineering or related field is required
Skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Expertise in engineering studies and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
