  • Provide GIS mapping and design support using ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and assist in preparing client deliverables.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and field observations as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience in site design, land development, or stormwater engineering (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Basic understanding of grading, utility design, stormwater management, and permitting processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification obtained or actively pursuing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Florida permitting agencies, including water management districts, environmental agencies, or local municipalities.
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools such as ICPR, HydroCAD, StormWise, or HEC-RAS.
  • Exposure to ArcGIS or other GIS platforms.
  • Experience using utility design software such as WaterCAD or SewerCAD.
  • Interest in sustainable infrastructure, resilient community development, and innovative engineering solutions.

Benefits

  • Structured mentorship from licensed Professional Engineers.
  • Support for PE exam preparation and licensure, including study resources, exam fee assistance, and dedicated preparation time.
