Engineer In Charge
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning: Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines, including ensuring daily safety procedures, proper PPE usage, documentation, and reporting incidents.
- Weekly Meeting: Must attend weekly customer meetings.
- Daily/Weekly Reports: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.
- Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented.
Requirements
- Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities
- Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in the workplace
- If you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.

Pay Rate: $30 - $38 Hourly
