About the role
The Engineer III (IA IT) provides computer security support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate. Sustain and upgrade Information Systems within the supporting labs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the IT and IA/Cyber fields to support the Government in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, and sustainment of all networks and standalone computer systems.
- Document modification or alteration of the certification and accreditation of the lab space.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades to computer systems with the goal of maintaining adequate lab facilities required to execute the mission at hand.
- Aid in the detailed selection and purchase of software, tools, laboratory and computer equipment.
- Plan and implement lifecycle upgrades as approved by the Government.
- Cook up and support equipment installation, commissioning, training, and supporting operation.
- Aid in the hardware installation of end-user devices to include computers, printers, laptops, scanners, and other hardware.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive list of software including software name, number of licenses, license information, end user license agreements (EULAs), cost, and renewal dates.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive list of IT hardware including servers, computers, testing/lab equipment, monitors, KVM switches, TVs, projectors, tablets, etc. The list should include operating system, barcode, location, network/classification, accreditation information, purchase date, end of life date.
- Maintain lab network hardware and software to high availability and maintain knowledge to coordinate availability and completion of business/enterprise network licenses, tickets, outages, statuses, etc.
- Support maintenance of network accreditations including network diagrams, hardware/software, and POAMs as necessary.
- Provide technology support as required, including advising and implementation of technology to facilitate the secure storage and sharing of information.
Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience or AA/AS with seven years of relevant experience
- Registered IAT Level II baseline certification either CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, CND, and SSCP (preferred Security+ CE certificate)
- TS/SCI Clearance

- Salary Range $134, 217 - $160, 079
- The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
