Engineer II, Field Service
Job's Mission
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at ASM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience with our advanced semiconductor equipment and contribute to our customers’ success by ensuring our technology performs flawlessly.
What You Will Be Working On
- Installation and setup of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
- Complete structured training in ASM system operation and customer support.
- Document service activities and provide internal updates.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (cs, field service).
- Experience in ALD/CVD/EPI preferred.
- Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
- Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems or automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fully fluent in Korean and English.
- Willingness to work in cleanroom environments.
