Engineer - Forward Deployed

Role: Forward Deployed Engineer responsible for onboarding, implementation, and integration of the company's platform with customer ERP and workflow systems. Key Responsibilities Manage customer onboarding, setup, and deployment to ensure seamless implementation.Develop and automate integrations with platforms like Netsuite, SAP, and Salesforce using APIs, scripts, and custom solutions.Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to deliver a smooth technical experience.Identify process inefficiencies, build internal tools, and provide feedback to influence product development.Support scaling efforts through documentation and automation to expedite deployments.Travel to client sites to deploy solutions and foster relationships. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementations Engineer).Proficiency in Python and modern integration technologies (APIs, ETL/ELT, enterprise authentication).Ownership mindset with a focus on building and improving solutions.Experience working with sales teams in pre- and post-sales phases.Experience in startups or high-growth environments.(Nice to Have) Knowledge of AI/ML automation, fintech integrations, cloud platforms, or containerization.
