About the role
We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with 4–5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scientific and laboratory instruments. The role involves field service, customer support, and ensuring efficient functioning of instruments at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and maintenance of analytical and laboratory instruments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Provide technical support and customer training
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Cook up service planning and spare parts
- Promote and manage AMC contracts
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in servicing scientific instruments
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc.)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel
