Engineer - Commercial Roofing

About the role

This is an independent contractor role. Hours will vary based on project needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on commercial roofing inspection experience, flat and low-slope specifically
• Comfortable evaluating imagery rather than conducting physical inspections
• HAG certification preferred
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, metal, BUR, or modified bitumen
• Strong ability to articulate what you're seeing and why it matters
