What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems and accessories.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall protection.
• Inspect roofing areas to identify damage and locate leaks.
• Determine appropriate repair methods based on the roofing system and condition.
• Complete assigned work based on work orders, inspection reports, drawings, or Foreman instructions.
• Lay out work and determine the appropriate sequence and methods for completing assigned roofing tasks.
• Safely and efficiently operate roofing tools and equipment.
• Maintain company quality and workmanship standards.
• Work collaboratively with Foremen and other crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Perform other roofing and project‑related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of roofing experience required (3+ years strongly encouraged).
• High school diploma or GED not required.
• Ability to safely work at heights and climb ladders.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
• Knowledge of roofing tools, equipment, materials, and safe work practices.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Experience with multiple commercial roofing systems is highly valued, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Built‑Up Roofing (BUR), and Asphalt.

Schedule & Travel

• Standard workweek: Monday through Friday.
• Overtime opportunities and occasional weekend or out‑of‑town work based on project needs.
• Employees are generally home in the evenings during a standard workweek.
• When overnight travel is required, company‑paid hotel accommodations and a daily meal stipend are provided.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Climb ladders and work safely at heights.
• Bend, kneel, squat, reach, and balance regularly.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
