About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect (GenAI) to define, design, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on GenAI strategy, RAG-based architecture, automation enablement, and integration within P&C Insurance and Guidewire ecosystems, ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and architect AI-driven solutions for software testing and test automation, including automated test-case generation, execution, validation, and defect analysis.
- Design and deploy intelligent testing agents to improve test coverage, accelerate execution, and enhance the quality and reliability of applications.
- Define an enterprise-ready GenAI framework for development and testing.
- Design and build GenAI solutions using enterprise LLM platforms (GPT, Claude) with focus on cost, latency, and security.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using requirements, user stories, APIs, configurations, and test repositories; leverage embeddings and vector search where applicable.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for accuracy and reusability.
- Lead design and evolution of UI automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
- Architect and govern API automation using RestAssured, Postman/Newman, and SoapUI.
- Drive testing of REST/SOAP services and Guidewire integration workflows.
- Enable CI/CD integration and cloud-based deployments on AWS.
