Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Operations team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

• On site trade coordination and management
• Coordination of material design, fabrication, delivery and installation
• Ongoing interaction with field supervision
• Management of cost and design issues (change orders, RFI’s, document updates, etc.)
• Other responsibilities focused on overall project management and success

Read and understand

• Construction Design Documents and Specifications

Perform

• Construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work

Overall trade management and coordination

• Some level of exposure to BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Computer skills
• The ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred

• Willingness to relocate as needed
