Ameren Missouri has been providing electric and gas service for more than 100 years, and our electric rates are among the lowest in the nation. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university is required.
- PE License is preferred.
- Relevant engineering experience is preferred.
- Experience managing, supervising, or leading people preferred.
- Experience with low/medium/high voltage electrical equipment, including but not limited to switchgear, MCCs, motors, transformers, buses, instrument and controls engineering, field testing and troubleshooting of industrial equipment etc., preferred.
- Experience with protective relaying is preferred.

In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Must possess excellent analytical, communication, computer, human relations, and leadership skill.
- Travel between energy centers and the DRC and outside of the St. Louis area required.
- Subject to call-outs, nights, weekends and/or holiday work to support power plants.
Pay
Salary depends upon individual credentials, experience, and/or engineer technical path and position market pay level. Compensation Range: $71,100.00 - $215,300.00 This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant’s credentials.
