Engineer Assistant
About the role
Maintains all equipment as required per preventative maintenance programs prescribed by manufacturer’s specifications.
Documents and reports activities to supervisor.
Responds to emergency situations (fire, flood, equipment failures, etc.).
Absorbs and assists with other aspects of building maintenance as required (unstopping toilets, changing light bulbs, etc.).
Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including but not limited to plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and HVAC.
Responsibilities
May be only maintenance staff member on duty during certain shifts.
May be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments).
May require shift work and/or on call duties.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid OK Driver’s License
