About the role
The Student Engineer Intern Program is designed for students attending the University of Oklahoma who are enrolled in one of the specified undergraduate or graduate engineering majors. They perform a variety of routine engineering tasks under close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Review less complex plans
- Perform basic engineering calculations
- Write permits
- Perform computer modeling
- Inspect parts of an engineering project
Requirements
- Enrolled at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the specified undergraduate majors
- Completed at least 30 credit hours
- Minimum 2.5 GPA (High School or College)
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
Qualifications
- Enrolled at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a master's degree or doctorate degree in one of the specified graduate engineering majors
- Completed a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2.5 GPA (High School or College)
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week
