Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hotel’s A/C, boiler, and mechanical systems
- Ensure reliable heating, cooling, and hot water supply
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests
- Operate boilers and chillers, troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing issues
- Monitor building automation systems
- Adhere to strict safety standards
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance effectively
- Strong safety awareness
- Customer-focused and collaborative attitude
