About the role

Operate and maintain the hotel’s HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems to ensure reliable heating, cooling, and hot water supply in an upscale hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Operate boilers, chillers, and monitor building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC and plumbing issues promptly.
• Respond quickly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Follow strict safety standards during all operations.
