Engagement Team Representative (Remote)

About the Opportunity

The Engagement Team Representative role is designed to facilitate ongoing communication with current patients, providing assistance and information about additional product options. This position plays a key role in maintaining patient engagement and supporting sales growth by ensuring patients are informed and supported. The role requires effective multitasking and communication across multiple systems, contributing directly to patient satisfaction and company sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact current patients via calls and messages to support patient success
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on available product add-ons
• Accurately record all patient interactions in the customer relationship management system
• Use dialer systems to manage outbound communications
• Meet daily and weekly quotas for product add-ons
• Complete all required documentation and notes for each patient interaction
• Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as necessary

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using multiple systems including CRM, dialers, and patient portals
• Basic technical proficiency in managing software systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to meet established performance and productivity targets
• Reliable computer with stable high-speed internet and suitable headset for calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer support, or call center roles
• Familiarity with CRM and dialer systems such as Five9 and Zoho
• Bilingual abilities, Spanish preferred

Pay

Base Salary: $41,600 base annual salary plus uncapped commission
