Engagement Support Specialist with Security Clearance

Responsibilities
- Cook up engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads
- Manage tracking and status reporting for all active engagement kits
- Coordinate software license procurement and management
- Facilitate hardware shipments and supplemental field device logistics
- Serve as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers
- Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership
- Maintain engagement documentation and configuration records
- Coordinate scheduling for kit provisioning and decommissioning activities
- Track and report on engagement timelines and service level agreements
- Support real-time coordination during active operations
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff
- Manage resource allocation requests and priority adjustments
- Cook up data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures
- Maintain inventory of available resources and capacity planning information
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with federal government stakeholders
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Customer service orientation with technical aptitude
- Experience with reporting and metrics tracking
Desired Skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or incident response operations
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and terminology
- Background in IT service management or operations
- Experience with ticketing and workflow management systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement and logistics processes
- Experience in 24/7 operational support environment
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
Desired Certifications
Project management or ITIL certification
