Schedule
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. Daily start time is flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, recruitment fraud, Colorado resident notice, etc. Also removed "Position Details" heading, "Why You’ll Love Working Here" content integrated into About the role? We added some of that in About the role but not all. The "Why You’ll Love Working Here" bullet points: Directly impact patient care and engagement for complex chronic conditions; Be part of a mission-driven, collaborative care team; Flexible hybrid schedule with opportunities for professional growth; Supportive environment that values innovation, communication, and patient-centered care. We could incorporate those into About the role as extra sentences. Let's add them. Add to About the role paragraph after the initial description: "You will directly impact patient care and engagement for complex chronic conditions, be part of a mission‑driven, collaborative care team, enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule with opportunities for professional growth, and work in a supportive environment that values innovation, communication, and patient‑centered care." Make sure not to duplicate schedule info (we already have schedule section). It's okay to mention flexible hybrid schedule but we already have schedule details; we can keep. Now ensure no repeated content. Let's rewrite About the role:At DaVita IKC, engagement is everything. As an Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—onboarding, scheduling, and keeping them connected through high-volume, relationship‑focused outreach. This role is perfect for someone organized, motivated, and skilled at building trust while helping patients navigate their healthcare journey. Now schedule section: we can keep as is. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The posting also had "The Wage Range for the role is $18.00 - $22.50/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position." plus a bunch of location-specific minimum wage details. We included wage range and note that compensation depends on qualifications. We omitted the location-specific minimum wage details as they are not required? The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state wage range, so Pay section is okay. The location-specific minimum wage details are also specific content, but they are quite detailed. Should we include them? The instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them, but they are location-specific minimum wage details. However, they are quite detailed and maybe considered part of Pay. Could include them as a list. But the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could keep Pay section simple with the range and note that compensation depends on qualifications, and maybe mention that specific minimum wages apply per location (link). But we should not invent or summarize away detail. We should preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include the location-specific minimum wage details? They are substantive. However, they are quite long; but we can include them as a- under Pay.
But the instruction also says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The location-specific details are not filler. So we should include them.
Thus Pay section should include:
- Wage range: $18.00 - $22.50/hour.
- Note: Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
- Also mention that if hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to geographical jurisdiction and exemption status.
- Then list the specific minimum wages for New York (Exempt and Non-exempt) and Washington (Exempt and Non-exempt) as given.
We should also include the link for location-specific minimum wage details: DaVita.jobs/WageRates.
We should not include the EEO etc.
Let's extract the specifics:
From posting:
"The Wage Range for the role is $18.00 - $22.50/hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island
