Engagement Manager, Tech Industry
About the role
The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) Engagement Manager will advise C-level executives on customer-centric experiences, AI-assisted brand and content creation, and data-driven marketing & sales alignment. This role involves leading strategy consulting projects for leading tech brands and driving demand through strategy engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy consulting projects for leading Tech brands like device manufacturers and enterprise software companies.
- Work directly with Adobe’s sales, marketing, and customer success functions to drive demand through strategy engagements.
- Conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations for each engagement.
- Help customers (from CXOs to practitioners) realize the return on investment of their prospective Adobe partnership by developing and communicating a roadmap to value.
- Apply experience to become a trusted advisor to clients and inspire leaders on trends, digital innovation, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant research in your industry.
Requirements
- Experience in leading consulting engagements with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Expertise in crafting digital experience, marketing, or go-to-market strategies in the Tech Hardware, Software, and Hyperscalers sectors.
- A high-level understanding of marketing technologies and tactics needed for execution.
- Partner with individuals, internal and external, across all levels.
- Knowledge of MarTech ecosystem and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Executive presence and client communication skills, with ability to engage senior leaders and compel them to take action.
- Outstanding structured problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and crafting effective recommendations that lead to value.
- A high degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
- Both English and local language at fluent level.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
Qualifications
- Experience acquired at a prominent technology company, consulting firm, or marketing division is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $226,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
