Engagement Manager, Senior (North America), AI Capability Center

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain clear requirements, including Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
• Facilitate planning, standups, and retrospectives on a four-week cycle
• Identify and remove project blockers to ensure smooth progress
• Manage day-to-day business relationships within the pod
• Provide consistent updates to executives on project deliverables

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in business analysis, delivery, or agile project management, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge and application of Scrum principles and facilitation techniques
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience in consulting delivery and familiarity with AI or software builds

Pay

$145,000 – $170,000 annually
