Senior Engagement Manager, AI Solutions Delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent AI solution deployments
• Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project execution
• Collaborate with teams to resolve data quality and model performance issues
• Present AI project updates to executive steering committees
• Support pre-sales efforts with delivery approach insights
• Coach teams on data literacy and AI deployment
• Facilitate smooth transitions from deployment to operations

Qualifications

• 8+ years in complex solution implementations, especially in AI-enabled transformations
• 3+ years managing the company deployments
• 6+ years in cross-functional SaaS project delivery and governance
• Strong stakeholder engagement, particularly with executive stakeholders
• Experience in developing and mentoring teams, especially in SaaS contexts
