Leads client transition initiatives related to IQVIA next-generation data assets. Serves as a consultant responsible for driving transition execution, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting change management, and helping ensure successful adoption of IQVIA data assets and services.
Responsibilities
- Support client transition activities involving IQVIA next-generation data assets, including national and subnational assets and future patient-level assets.
- Implement transition plans and manage implementation activities through completion.
- Monitor transition milestones and track open items through completion.
- Partner with Go-to-market, Project Management, Product Management, Commercial, Client Services, Data Operations, and Development Teams.
- Provide guidance and recommendations regarding transition planning, data utilization, adoption strategies, and operational readiness.
- Resolve complex client data issues and coordinate second-line support with the appropriate internal teams.
- Partner across internal functions to drive timely and practical issue resolution.
- Develop effective working relationships with client contacts and provide information as needed to address questions tied to the transition to the Next Generation data assets.
- Serve as a trusted transition partner throughout the client lifecycle.
- Provide practical updates regarding transition status, open items, and next steps.
- Identify barriers to adoption and drive internal and external stakeholder alignment throughout the transition process.
- Support clients through operational and organizational changes related to new data assets and reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve transition processes and enhance client experience.
- Document repeatable steps, status updates, and lessons learned to support future transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of relevant delivery management, client consulting, pharmaceutical commercial operations, project management, change management, account management, or related experience.
- Knowledge of IQVIA National and/or Subnational products and services and/or pharmaceutical reports.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex client needs, processes, and data concepts.
- Experience interacting with complex Large Pharma, Midsize Pharma, or Emerging Biopharma accounts across multiple stakeholders.
- High learning agility.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across IQVIA and client stakeholders.
- Ability to understand complex concepts and processes while multitasking, managing time, and prioritizing written and oral communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft application tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and visualization tools.
Pay
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $86,000.00 - $239,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
