About The Role
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into scoped AI Co-Worker solutions.
- Design the AI Co-Worker's logic and user experience in collaboration with our Delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the build and deployment phases.
- Align cross-functional teams, including analysts, data science, engineering, QA, and delivery, to keep builds on track.
- Own the quality of deliverables and the overall customer experience from discovery through production.
