About the role
The Role: To lead cross-functional teams in diagnosing and solving critical client problems, managing client relationships, identifying needs, designing solutions, and overseeing implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in diagnosing and solving critical client problems.
- Manage expectations and adapt project scopes to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify hurdles and design pragmatic solutions.
- Oversee the integration of new processes within budget and timeline.
- Manage project expenditures and provide transparent financial reporting to clients and A&M leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management and high-pressure client service.
- Quantitative and analytical mastery, ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
- Strong communication skills, able to make technical information accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and adaptability, ability to mentor team members and navigate complex team dynamics.
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced degree in business principles and leadership highly desirable.
Skills
- Skills in AI platforms desired.

Pay
$130,000 - $215,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.

Hybrid. US Office and Remote. Moderate Travel – Client jobsites and project offices.
