Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and stakeholder alignment
- Manage the successful delivery of complex technology programs to achieve quality and performance objectives
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within client accounts
- Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards
- Oversee project budgets, resources, and risk management to maintain efficiency and profitability
- Conduct workshops, client presentations, and regular status meetings to ensure transparency and engagement
- Support proposal creation, contract negotiations, and onboarding for new projects
- Track and report delivery progress, proactively addressing challenges and mitigating risks
- Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in client engagement, business development, and technology delivery management
- Prior experience in the Public/Government sector working with senior stakeholders
- Strong track record of managing complex projects and maintaining client satisfaction
- Knowledge of technology solutions implementation and integration with business processes
- Familiarity with AI solutions or demonstrated commitment to adopting emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Guernsey and travel as needed
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar delivery frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
- Nice to have: Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe, Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation projects
