Engagement Delivery Leader - Canadian Public Sector

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking an Engagement Delivery Leader to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience within the Canadian Public Sector.

About the role

You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the program team, ensuring clear communication and direction throughout the engagement
• Act as the primary customer interface while managing adherence to the company methodology and project governance
• Create and oversee project plans, adjusting timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
• Supervise resource utilization, ensuring proper timesheet management and budget alignment
• Manage multiple projects that require cross-functional teamwork and program-level leadership
• Assist in requirements gathering and produce project deliverables and necessary documentation for the company
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning and facilitate User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management in a consulting environment focusing on external clients
• 7+ years managing the company engagements strongly preferred
• 5+ years experience in the Public Sector vertical in Professional Services preferred
• Proven project management skills, leading large teams of 75+ people and managing budgets over $15M
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Certifications (Admin, Service, Experience, etc.) strongly preferred

Pay

$133,200 – $183,200 annually
