National Programme Delivery and Engagement Manager
About the Opportunity
The Digitally Enabled Workforce (DEW) team is seeking an experienced National Programme Delivery and Engagement Manager to lead communications, engagement, and programme support across the nationally commissioned Building Digital and Data Capability Programme. Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will lead a high-performing team and build influential partnerships across Scottish Government, COSLA and health and social care organisations to maximise the reach, adoption and impact of DEW's events and resources. Using insight-led approaches, you will shape and deliver national communications campaigns, events, webinars and digital learning resources that support the development of digital and data capability across Scotland's health and social care workforce.
What You Will Do
- Bring together communications, engagement and programme support to deliver national impact at scale
- Coach and develop direct reports, leading, inspiring and building the capability needed to thrive in a digital and data age
- Design and deliver national events and webinars that inspire participation
- Maximise the impact of communications channels and social media to drive engagement, adoption and reach
- Thrive in complex environments, managing competing priorities across multiple workstreams to deliver results
- Leverage data, insight and technologies to maximise reach, adoption and impact
- Bring energy, creativity and a passion for innovation to create engaging communications that make a difference

Work Pattern
Permanent, Full Time, 36 hours per week. Flexible Location: PSD Scotland is a remote-friendly employer with staff based throughout Scotland. We support office-based and hybrid working arrangements.
