Engagement/ Delivery Lead

About the role

Lead technology rollout readiness activities to ensure successful deployment across multiple sites. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position with the first week onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and the remainder remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive change enablement initiatives to improve user adoption and operational transition.
• Plan, manage, and track milestone-based project delivery to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support technology implementation and deployment.
• Provide field operations support and resolve issues impacting distributed users.
• Collaborate with field users, technicians, and business stakeholders throughout the rollout lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope, identify deviations, and implement effective scope control measures.
• Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project objectives and governance standards.
• Facilitate executive governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership status updates.
• Establish and maintain project operating cadence, reporting progress, key milestones, and action items.
• Ensure operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of new technologies across the organization.
