Engagement Coordinator

We are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to help expand participation in education-focused initiatives across New York, New York. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with educators, coordinating outreach efforts, and creating positive experiences through both online and in-person engagement. The role centers on building trusted relationships within the education community while supporting program awareness and event execution. Responsibilities: • Guide teachers through program goals, value, and participation steps so they can confidently get involved. • Coordinate and support engagement activities delivered in virtual settings as well as face-to-face events. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with teachers and other members of the education community. • Communicate with participants and partners through clear, timely email outreach and follow-up. • Assist with planning and organizing educational events to encourage awareness and participation. • Track interactions and engagement efforts to help maintain consistent communication with stakeholders. • Represent the program professionally in community outreach efforts and relationship-building activities. • Experience in Education or similar• Strong written communication skills, particularly for clear and effective email correspondence.• Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and responsive.• Familiarity with educational programs, outreach initiatives, or community-based engagement work.• Detail-oriented and approachable, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
