Admiral Enforcement is looking for friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. We specialize in monitoring privately owned parking lots and garages, fostering a customer-focused culture with proven operating systems.

About the role

The Enforcement Agent works independently in the field with minimal supervision, requiring excellent time management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol designated areas on foot to identify vehicles without proper payment or permission.
  • Enforce location requirements by issuing citations for parking violations.
  • Conduct lot audits and car counts at designated locations and times.
  • Record and enter violation data into the approved system.
  • Immediately report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management.
  • Utilize strong time management and report-writing skills.
  • Monitor equipment condition and notify management of malfunctions or repair needs.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and coworkers.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
  • Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
  • No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years.
  • No more than two minor violations (accident, speeding) in the past year.
  • No license suspensions within the last 3 years.
  • Proficient with computers and mobile applications.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout shifts.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and late evenings.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
