Energy Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for Telecom Energy Solution Sales in the Czech, Austria and Slovakia market - Remote/On-site support Energy Markets also in Czech, Austria and Slovakia - Understand the customers’ requirements to deliver technical and commercial designs - Maintain the Customer Relationship for long-term cooperation - Knowing the possible Sales Channels to support the Solution and Sales Team

Position Requirements

• Business Skills Requirements:
  • Experience in Telecom Energy Domain
  • Educational background in related fields is not necessary, but it is a plus
  • Open-minded personality and love to work in a multi-cultural organization
  • Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
  • Good communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Very good command of English (verbal and written)
  • Czech, Slovak or German language skill is a plus
• Professional Knowledge Requirement:
  • Familiar with Telecom Energy Products such as DC Rectifier, Lithium Battery, Cooling and Cabinet
  • Responsible for internal process by following SOP
  • Providing tailored technical solutions and solution optimizations for new/key customers
  • Work closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries
