About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable operations strategies for client real estate portfolios
- Collaborate with site teams to create multi-year energy reduction plans
- Prioritize energy reduction mechanisms and develop procurement strategies
- Conduct ASHRAE Level I and II energy audits and develop conservation measures
- Identify and manage resource efficiency projects and business cases for energy initiatives
- Track and report on sustainability metrics, compliance reporting, and trend analysis
- Perform annual building benchmarking using Energy Star or similar sources
- Develop utility forecasts and conduct variance analysis for consumption and cost
- Analyze utility rates for cost reduction opportunities and recommend action plans
- Create enhanced decision-making tools for business and project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, environmental science, energy management, sustainability, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in engineering or analytical role related to building management or energy services
- Ability to perform energy savings calculations using Excel and simulation models
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive energy management programs
- Experienced in benchmarking and analyzing utility data
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerBI
Pay
$97,750 – $115,000 annually
