Energy Manager
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Schedule)
About the role
Within the LI business, the Energy/Energy Risk-Management team develops energy strategies to optimize energy contribution from both the Sell Side and the Buy Side.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement energy management strategies based on market context
- Lead negotiations with energy suppliers, engage in lobbying activities, and negotiate energy contracts
- Continuously evaluate energy contract implementation, propose margin optimization strategies, and lead energy management task forces
- Achieve P&L and performance energy targets
- Support the sales team in establishing technical solutions and optimizing project economics
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience and expertise in the energy market and in the LI business model
