Energy Services Account Representative I/II
Join the City of Roseville Electric team as an Energy Services Account Representative I or II. Help foster strong connections with partners inside and outside of Roseville Electric Utility, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for all stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a background—or interest and the ability to learn—in utilities, public service organizations, and the electrical industry.
About the role
This position performs professional work to develop relationships with community partners, enhancing the economic vitality of the community. The focus is on electric vehicle programs, expanding charging infrastructure, fostering strategic community partnerships, and other key utility initiatives.
The current vacancy is a regular, benefitted, and full-time position. The employment list established from this recruitment may be utilized to fill future regular and limited-term vacancies in the City for the duration of the list.
Schedule
The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.; a flex schedule may be available. A hybrid remote/office schedule may be available for discussion.

Requirements
Energy Services Account Representative I
- One year of responsible professional marketing, sales, or customer support experience in a technical environment. Experience in an energy services industry is desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in marketing, business administration, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
Energy Services Account Representative II
In addition to the qualifications for Energy Services Account Representative I:
- Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to that of an Energy Services Account Representative I with the City of Roseville.
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with major course work in marketing, business administration, public administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
Pay
$106,402 - $156,849 Annually (dependent on experience)
