Account Services Representative

About the role

A well-established Overland Park company in the collegiate bookstore market is seeking an Account Services Representative to join its team. While experience in this market is highly desirable, it is not required. This position offers a fun, fast-paced environment for hardworking and energetic individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and representatives with order status questions, resolve issues related to art or other order concerns.
• Set up business partners, graphic numbers, and assist with entering orders in the SAP database as needed.
• Issue credits when necessary.
• Handle return authorizations and damaged goods inquiries.
• Coordinate with the art department to determine the best graphic to meet customer needs.
• Work directly with the Licensing Team on copy art and licensing approvals.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with comprehensive follow-through and documentation of resolutions.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Database experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of account services experience.
