Energy Manager

About the role

The Energy Manager is responsible for overseeing all energy-related activities within the facility, including maintenance and optimization of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate HVAC systems to ensure efficient energy usage and optimal building performance.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to implement energy-saving measures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in energy management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and energy management.
• Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics and repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies and sustainable practices.
• Experience with energy management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

• $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
